Interacx Client/Server is licensed per application product.  You may distribute your application product and upgrades with the Interacx Client and Server without restriction.  There are no runtime fees. Each application product requires an additional Client/Server license.

Additional discounts are available for multi-seat purchases and enterprises, ISV's, and system integrators working with development teams.  Discounts are also available for non-profit organizations, academic institutions, charities, and religious organizations.
